HERE IS MY VIDEO FOR DAY 5! This is my final video, and I collaborated with Angela Kahoe once again. This experience has been truly life changing. I have found a way to bring peace into my everyday life, and I hope I inspired you to do the same. Thank you everyone for strumming along with me!

HERE IS MY VIDEO FOR DAY 4! I performed a song that my friend Angela wrote, and she very generously helped me learn it. We had so much fun making this video, so I hope you guys enjoy it! Thank Uke!

DAY 3!!!

Hi guys!!! So for the day 3 of my uke journey I decided to just talk about everything. Today, I worked a lot more on the chorus of the song Riptide to really have that down perfect before I move onto the versus' and the picking. I'm nervous about the rest of the song considering it requires faster hand motions and faster rhythm counting, which I don't think I can do yet. As for the overall project, this is really very challenging. However, I am trying the best I can to get through and learn as much as I can. Stay tuned for a few duets!

DAY 2!!

ENJOY THE DAY 2 OF MY UKE JOURNEY :) I am starting to play the song Riptide by Vance Joy and will continue to learn all parts of the song! I have gained some experience and getting better and better each day. I will have some duets for you within the next couple days!

DAY 1!

Enjoy my day 1 video of learning the ukulele! I played the chorus of the song Don't Worry Be Happy by Bobby McFerrin and my friend played the song Riptide by Vance Joy. Since it was my first day, I ran into some complications. I did not know how challenging playing an instrument really is, and teaching myself with the help of my peers, was difficult. With the combination of remember what chords are which, where your fingers go, and figuring out a strumming pattern, I was overwhelmed. This is only the first day, but I hope to grow and prosper throughout my journey and become the best I can be! Stay tuned!
